Job summary

Ripple Labs Inc. is seeking a Manager, AI Platform Engineering in Chicago, IL to lead the AI platform, GSmart, and drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features across enterprise treasury products.

You will work on greenfield projects, convert customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, and mentor a growing team while collaborating with product and solution teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with AI/ML platform infrastructure.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong full-stack development across frontend, backend and APIs.
• Experience operating AI systems in production.
• Deep knowledge of AI and modern GenAI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end.
• Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable.
• Collaborate with product and solution teams to address customer challenges.
• Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables.

Join Ripple Labs Inc. as the Manager, AI Platform Engineering in Chicago, IL, and spearhead our bold venture in AI platform development! This remarkable opportunity enables you to craft the future of our AI platform, GSmart, powering smart features across our enterprise treasury products. You will be involved in greenfield projects, bringing insight and focus to undefined problems. For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

CA Annual Base Salary Range

$212,000 — $265,000 USD
