Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, Services Advisors to lead a remote or hybrid CX Services team. You will scope training, consulting, and technical engagements, ensure accuracy of scoping, and drive AI-enabled improvements that shorten discovery and estimation while improving quality for customers and Sales.

You’ll coach a team, present scopes to customers, partner with Sales and Integration Services, and help identify new service opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of leading and driving innovation.
• Experience as a people leader who provides feedback and coaching to drive results.
• Interest and aptitude for AI tools to improve workflows.
• Experience with APIs, database tech, data warehousing, and integration strategy.
• Excellent speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills; strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Services Advisors, driving performance and continuous improvement in scoping services engagements.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to reduce manual work and speed up scoping and estimating.
• Present scope of work and timelines on customer calls with executive presence; aid Sales in closing deals.
• Partner with the Integration Services team to strengthen technical scoping practices.
• Build relationships with Sales and Services stakeholders; collaborate to identify new service opportunities.
• Manage pipelines and produce accurate estimates to support Sales and revenue goals.
• Deliver high client satisfaction with creative, impactful solutions aligned to priorities.
• Present to senior leadership on trends to improve services delivered across the customer journey.
