Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, Services Advisors to lead our CX Services team. This predominantly remote (or hybrid if preferred) role manages a group that scopes training, consulting, and technical assistance engagements for Applied customers, driving accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement in the scoping process.

You will champion AI-powered tools, automate manual tasks, and speed up discovery and estimating, while presenting scope and timelines on customer calls and helping

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of leading and driving innovation
• Experience as a people leader who coaches for results and continuous improvement
• demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI tools to improve workflows
• Experience with APIs, databases, data warehousing, and integration strategy
• Exceptional speaking, facilitation, and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Services Advisors, driving performance and continuous improvement in scoping engagements
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools to reduce manual work and speed up scoping and estimating
• Present scope of work and timelines on customer calls with strong executive presence; assist Sales in closing deals
• Partner with Integration Services to strengthen technical scoping practices
• Build and maintain relationships with Sales and Services stakeholders to identify new service opportunities
• Manage active opportunity pipelines and produce accurate estimates to support Sales revenue
• Aim for high client satisfaction by delivering creative, impactful solutions aligned to business priorities
• Present to senior leadership on emerging trends to improve services delivered across the customer journey
