Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, Services Advisors to lead a CX Services team. This predominantly remote (or hybrid) role serves customers by shaping training, consulting, and technical engagements.

You will drive AI-powered scoping, automate workflows, coach a team, and partner with Sales to grow services revenue. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in client‑facing roles, strong leadership and presentation skills, and a passion for AI tools that improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• > 3–5 years in a client-facing, sales support, or professional services role
• > Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of leading and driving innovation
• > Experience as a people leader with coaching and feedback
• > Interest and aptitude for AI tools to improve workflows
• > Experience with APIs, database tech, data warehousing, and integration strategy
• > Excellent speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills; strong technical writing

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Services Advisors, driving performance and accuracy in scoping services engagements
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation to reduce manual work and speed up scoping and estimating
• Present scope of work and timelines directly on customer calls, with executive presence
• Partner with the Integration Services team to strengthen technical scoping practices
• Build strong relationships with Sales and Services stakeholders and identify new service opportunities
• Manage active opportunity pipelines and produce accurate work estimates to support Sales
• Achieve high client satisfaction by delivering creative, impactful solutions
• Present to senior leadership on trends to improve Applied's services
