MUST Company is a fully remote, full‑time role open to candidates worldwide. You will drive quality as a core product principle, building automated checks and an oracle to validate AI-driven outputs, with security as the baseline.

Expect to map existing assets, fix real quality problems, and report weekly on interventions, costs, and lead times. You will work closely with AI tools to ensure reliable, reusable test results.

Qualifikationen

• 1–4 years hands-on QA, security testing or software engineering on live products (job, freelance or projects)
• Belief that better AI models increase quality and that QA is career leverage
• Security-first mindset: input handling, access, secrets, hostile input
• Have built automated pass/fail checks with no human in the loop
• Proactively look for existing tools and identify gaps
• Experience using AI tools daily and ability to justify results

Aufgaben

• Make quality the reason we can ship fast with zero or near-zero human intervention
• Build automated checks that run in one shot and catch what is missed, security-first
• Create a slow, exact reference (oracle) and compare the fast version on every run
• Leverage existing tools before building new ones, filling only the gap
• Measure human interventions, cost per run, lead time, and defects caught before release
• Report transparently on limits of checks and close the gap with AI
