Grow Therapy in the United States seeks a Manager, Customer Operations Automation to lead the team responsible for the health, performance, and maintenance of our automation portfolio. You will own Sierra and related automation programs, ensuring production readiness and measurable business outcomes while collaborating with CI and AI teams.

You’ll guide post-launch lifecycle, set quality standards combining AI evaluation with human review, and drive improvements as products and policies evolve.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years of program management, operations, or closely related role in high-growth/tech-forward environment.
• Experience leading and developing a team within automation operations, systems, or similar function.
• Experience owning AI- or technology-enabled workflows after launch, including monitoring and updates.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for health, maintenance, and performance of Customer Operations automations.
• Serve as the Customer Operations owner of Sierra and the broader automation portfolio.
• Own post-launch automation lifecycle: readiness, testing, handoff, monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution, change management, retirement.
• Establish quality systems combining AI evaluations and human review with clear thresholds.
• Ensure automations are updated as products, policies, and customer needs change, managing the backlog.
• Self-serve data to measure accuracy, adoption, reliability, and impact; identify root causes and action.
• Partner with CI and AI COE to translate opportunities into requirements and coordinate enhancements.
