Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics to drive data-enabled decisions in the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization. You will lead data-driven initiatives, synthesize insights, and communicate findings with a customer-first mindset.

The role requires 4+ years of analytics experience, proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, and dashboard design using Tableau or Power BI. Big data tools like Snowflake/Athena and AI-enabled processes are a plus.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Manager, Advanced Data Analytics in the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights organization, you would have the opportunity to use data to drive strategic decisions and transform customer experiences. We are looking for an analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. Candidates must be able to leverage data to inform decisions, synthesize and clearly communicate insights, and apply a customer-first mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning to deliver impactful results.

• Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.
• Collect and analyze data / develop insights and reporting capabilities to empower organizational leaders to make value-based prioritization decisions.
• Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Transformation organization

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.

• Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports by using Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency across insight generation process is a plus.

The Team

We are looking for analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
