My client, a globally recognized and highly respected brand, is seeking a Finance Manager to join and help strengthen its growing U.S. finance organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead critical elements of the month‑end close process, preparing and reviewing the full P&L and balance sheet while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Own key balance sheet accounts, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals, maintaining strong financial discipline and internal controls
- Manage inventory accounting and stock valuation, partnering closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and inventory management.
- Oversee general ledger activity, coordinating closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure proper recording of transactions
- Support financial reporting and business analysis, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for the U.S. business
- Play a key role in audit preparation and internal control processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and best accounting practices
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including systems optimization and the ongoing migration to NetSuite, while helping enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
Ideal Profile
- CPA or CPA‑track preferred
- Background in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 20 firm strongly preferred) or strong corporate accounting experience
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or product‑driven environments
- Solid inventory accounting and cost accounting exposure
- Strong technical accounting skills with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international and entrepreneurial environment
