Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Manager to join the Ad Sales Finance team in New York. The role focuses on digital expense management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical support across the ad sales organization.

The Manager will own monthly close processes, develop financial models, and provide executive-level commentary to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with Sales, Digital, and Corporate Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics plus 5–8 years of digital media experience with analytical contributions.
• Excellent attention to detail and deliverable quality.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close activities including expense accruals, journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly metrics reports highlighting variance drivers and insights.
• Develop executive commentary for reporting packages and network finance teams.
• Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments with strong financial controls.
• Update digital models with actuals and revise forecasts for monthly/quarterly submissions.
• Design, enhance and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting.
• Field ad hoc reporting requests from Sales and Corporate Finance.
• Partner with digital sales and inventory/yield to align forecasts with business drivers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Manager to join our Ad Sales Finance team. This role will support digital expense management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical support across the ad sales organization.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Close, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Perform monthly financial close activities including expense accruals, journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly metrics reports highlighting key variance drivers and business insights
• Develop executive commentary for reporting packages and network finance teams
• Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining strong financial control
• Update digital models with actuals, revise forecasts for monthly/quarterly submissions

Analysis & Daily Operations

• Design, enhance, and maintain advanced financial models to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Field ad hoc reporting requests from Sales management and Corporate Finance
• Partner cross functionality with digital sales and inventory/yield to ensure forecasts reflect business drivers and market trends
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardized reporting tools, increasing efficiency and data accuracy

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Accounting/Finance/Economics bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of digital media experience with a strong track record of analytical and strategic contributions
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to produce high quality deliverables
• Comfort working under tight deadlines
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
• Ability and willingness to quickly adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data set

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $110,000.00-121,000.00 annually.
