We are looking for someone who brings the structured thinking of a consultant, the commercial instincts of a salesperson, and the relationship skills of a strategic account leader.

This role will report to the U.S. Verticals Director supporting the Manufacturing industry portfolio.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic relationship management, enterprise sales, business development, management consulting, or another client-facing commercial/advisory role.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior executives and C‑suite stakeholders within complex organizations.
  • Strong consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover underlying business needs and translate insights into commercial opportunities.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing and closing meaningful growth opportunities.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including the ability to connect solutions to quantifiable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, adaptability and bias toward action.
  • Ability to influence and mobilize partners effectively across a large, matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of B2B payments, commercial payments or financial services preferred; demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise in complex industries also valued.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
