Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Network Operations to lead the performance and strategic optimization of its third-party warehouse network across North America. You will manage about twenty external providers and act as the primary owner for service, cost, and performance.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Care, and Commercial teams to position inventory effectively and drive total logistics cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience managing 3PL or external warehouse providers strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with third-party warehouse providers, monitor service levels and KPIs, lead business reviews, and resolve operational issues.
• Evaluate warehouse locations, capacity, utilization, inventory positioning, and customer demand to support an efficient North American distribution network.
• Partner with Procurement on RFPs, pricing, contract renewals, provider selection, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, stock transfers, cycle counts, and product transitions across the network.
• Review warehouse invoices and operating costs, resolve billing discrepancies, monitor budget performance, and identify savings opportunities.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards, analyze trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
