Job summary

Master Builders Solutions Admixtures US, LLC in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Network Operations to lead the performance and strategic optimization of our North American 3PL warehouse network.

You will manage approximately 20 external warehouse providers, own service levels, costs, and KPI-driven improvements while partnering with Procurement, Transportation, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Care to align inventory positioning with demand and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience managing 3PL or external warehouse providers preferred.
• Working knowledge of warehouse contracts, inventory management, and operating costs.
• Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP and Power BI or similar reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with third-party warehouse providers, monitor service levels and KPIs, lead reviews and resolve issues.
• Evaluate warehouse locations, capacity, utilization, inventory positioning, and demand to support a cost-effective network.
• Partner with Procurement on RFPs, pricing, contract renewals, provider selection, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Support inventory accuracy, replenishment, stock transfers, cycle counts, and product transitions.
• Review warehouse invoices, monitor budget performance, and identify savings opportunities.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
