Suarez Family McDonald’s restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the on‑duty team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive restaurant results. You’ll coach crew, monitor performance, and ensure safe, high‑quality food service while maintaining a positive work environment.

Experience in restaurant leadership is a plus; we value problem‑solvers who communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and are committed to ongoing development and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or fast-food leadership experience is a plus but not required.

What Does a Manager Do?

You’ll be the leader on duty, responsible for creating an environment where both our guests and crew have a great experience.

Your leadership will directly impact people, performance, and restaurant results.

Lead People & Build a Strong Team

• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members throughout the shift

• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback

• Help team members build skills and confidence

• Support onboarding and training of new employees

• Set and communicate shift goals and priorities

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 40 lbs.

• Climb ladders as needed

• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for the duration of the shift

• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards
