The Manager, Human Resources serves as the lead HR professional for the School of Public Policy, overseeing the full lifecycle of human resources operations while also supporting faculty affairs and select operational functions. This role provides both strategic and operational HR leadership, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with University policies. The position partners closely with School of Public Policy leadership, Faculty Affairs, and central university offices to manage recruitment, faculty appointments, contract administration, payroll coordination, immigration processes, and administrative operations, while also leading the development of internal policies, workflows, and staff engagement initiatives that support the Center’s strategic and operational priorities.
