Skate City Sioux Falls is seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roller skating rink, ensuring a safe, fun, and clean environment for customers while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in business management or sports administration, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in business management, sports administration, education, event planning, or program management.
• Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings and instruction of STEM school field trips.
• Ensure the rink is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Oversee customer service operations, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing teams to promote special events and skating programs offered.

Salary Range: $4,500 monthly salary + benefits (increase to $5,000/month after 6 months)
