Job summary

Woods Bagot is seeking a talented and versatile Fullstack Software Engineer to build, scale, and maintain our core digital products and internal platforms, spanning frontend UI design to backend APIs and databases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tests, optimize performance, and ensure security while delivering clean, user-centric software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with modern UI frameworks (React/Vue/Angular).
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#/.NET.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
• Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end features using modern frontend frameworks and efficient backend services.
• API & System Design: Design, develop, and maintain clean RESTful APIs and modern backend database architectures.
• Performance & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application speed and responsiveness, and write secure, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Collaboration & Code Review: Partner closely with cross-functional team members, participate in code reviews, and help maintain engineering standards and best practices.
• Testing & Security: Write automated tests (unit, integration, E2E) to maintain high reliability and adhere to industry security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
