Job summary

Gator's Dockside in Orlando, FL is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee all dining room operations excluding kitchen. You will shape the guest experience by maintaining appearance, hiring and training staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The role focuses on interviewing and hiring bar and waitstaff, training servers and bartenders, and directing staff to handle guest concerns across shifts. This position is for one of our Orlando area locations.

Job Duties
