Gator's Dockside in Orlando, FL is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee all dining room operations excluding kitchen. You will shape the guest experience by maintaining appearance, hiring and training staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The role focuses on interviewing and hiring bar and waitstaff, training servers and bartenders, and directing staff to handle guest concerns across shifts. This position is for one of our Orlando area locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring and training restaurant staff.
• Strong leadership and staff scheduling skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to oversee guest areas and respond to issues calmly.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire for bar and waitstaff.
• Manage training of servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers.
• Supervise upkeep of guest areas.
• Responsible for shift planning using scheduling systems to assign staff based on anticipated demand.
