Norwalk Liquor Store LLC is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee daily operations, customer service excellence, inventory control, and loss prevention on the Norwalk store floor. You will lead a team of 5+ associates, coach performance, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining visual merchandising standards and a high-energy work environment.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management experience, liquor store experience a plus, and the ability to work 40-50

Responsible for all aspects of day to day store operations to include: Customer service, employee relations and retention, inventory control and purchasing of certain items, cash accountability, safety and store security, shrink awareness and loss prevention, accurate pricing with store signageAssist all customers while on retail sales floor maintaining our customer first policyMeet sales goals by mentoring, motivating, training and providing feedback to your associatesEnsure compliance with all policies and proceduresDeal with all issues that arise from staff or customersMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsPropose innovative ideas to increase sales and market shareConduct personnel performance reviews to asses training needs and build career opportunitiesSupport and implement programs, plans and procedures as developed by the corporate officePerform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by corporateExtremely organized and detail orientated, high energy and able to prioritize3 plus years experience including managing a team in a retail establishment.
