Culver's in Marion, OH is hiring a full-time crew member to provide best in class guest service and hospitality across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

You will lead shifts, coach teammates, ensure food safety, and help prepare and serve great meals while maintaining a positive team spirit and high standards of service. Prior restaurant experience is preferred and reliable transportation is required.
