Whataburger in Fountain, CO is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to assist the Operating Partner with restaurant operations and lead a team of dedicated Team Leaders. You will balance hands-on leadership with staff development to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include enforcing Brand Quality Standards, optimizing costs, and driving sales while maintaining top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to accurately handle money and process transactions.
