Chick-fil-A Eden Prairie is seeking a Front of House Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations and uphold our service standards. You will coach team members, model the Chick-fil-A culture, and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience for every guest.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and operational excellence, with opportunities to grow and develop under an experienced Operator. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and Sundays off.

Job description

A Front of House Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.
