Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to drive guest experience, food quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced restaurant. You will manage inventory, safety, and security while leading a team and coordinating local marketing efforts.

Experience in supervising staff and training is essential; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred. Training will be provided for the POS system and operations.

• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window

PREREQUISITES

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
