• Know and communicate OTG policies clearly, using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA to ensure consistency and understanding across the team.

Qualifications/Criteria:

• A hospitality degreeis preferred.

• 3–5 years inmanagement,fullservice restaurants or retail (bonus points for multiuunit magic!).

• Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.

• You’re fluent in Microsoft Suite—and it shows.
