Job summary

Enterprise Mobility currently hires for immediate openings in our Management Training Program at our Sandy Springs neighborhood offices. You will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will be mentored to develop skills in sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a clear path to manage your own branch and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management and/or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with <=2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug-related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Average availability of 45 hours per week.
• Not previously interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Develop skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business and build a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.
