Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program, located near Cranberry Township, PA 16066. The program offers training, mentoring, and a clear career path with promotion from within.

The role starts in our MT program, where you will learn our business, serve as the face of Enterprise, and eventually run your own branch. Compensation for the first year targets $52,000–$55,162 with a 45-hour week, plus excellent benefits and a strong culture of internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Receive mentorship and guidance to develop skills and advance toward running a branch.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
