Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at the Twin Falls branch: 1418 Blue Lakes Blvd N, Twin Falls, ID 83301. You will learn the business from day one while supporting customers and operations.

The MT role offers hands-on training, mentoring, and a clear path to managing a future Enterprise branch, with emphasis on sales, service, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Living in Twin Falls or surrounding areas within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle the behind‑the‑scenes operational work.
• In the structured program, master the knowledge to run a future branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support, and engage with the community to build relationships.
