Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Flagstaff, AZ. As a MT you’ll learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and you’ll become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while handling behind-the-scenes operations.

We provide training, mentoring, and a clear path to growing into branch leadership. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, finance, and operations with a culture of development and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of cumulative experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (≤2 violations in 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment; build community relationships.
