Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program located at the Twin Falls branch. You will start in a structured program designed to train you in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with opportunities to advance to branch leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and US work authorization. Residents of Twin Falls or nearby areas within 30 days of start date are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Twin Falls or surrounding areas within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support; build community relationships to grow your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a customer-first mindset.
