Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Truckee/Tahoe is hiring for an immediate Management Training position. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, working at a neighborhood branch and preparing to run your own location.

You’ll gain exposure to sales, service, operations, and finance with mentorship and a clear path to advancement, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CA driver's license is required.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and be entrusted to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and engage with the community to build relationships.

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Truckee/Tahoe market and may support branch locations throughout Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City, Incline Village, Kings Beach, the Tahoe Basin, and surrounding mountain communities. We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
