Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Chico is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

In the program you will master the knowledge to run your own branch, grow the business through sales and operations, and benefit from mentoring and a clear path within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• This position requires a valid CA Drivers license.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Chico market and may support branch locations throughout Chico, Oroville, Paradise, Butte County, Northern Sacramento Valley, and surrounding Northern California communities. Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
