Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Northern Nevada, with potential assignments across Reno, Sparks, Carson City and nearby communities. The MT program trains you to run a branch and advance to leadership in sales, operations and customer service.

You will receive hands-on guidance, mentoring, and community engagement opportunities as you learn to manage people, finances, and day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations behind the scenes.
• Learn how to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
