Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Modesto area, with opportunities throughout Modesto, Turlock, Stanislaus County, and surrounding Central Valley communities. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.

You will be mentored to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a pathway to run your own branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CA driver's license required.
• Six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the MT position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as an operational expert.
• Receive mentoring and develop skills in sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Aim to run your own branch and build a lasting career within Enterprise.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• This position requires a valid CA Drivers license.
