Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Richmond, TX, designed for university students to learn leadership and business skills from day one.

You’ll be immersed in a team-based environment, tackle projects across sales, marketing and customer care, and compete with peers in a supportive, fast-paced setting.

Starting May 2027, the program requires 40 hours per week and culminates with real-world experience that can set you apart on your resume.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program or MBA with graduation August or December 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to a 40-hour work week starting May 25, 2027.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales, Military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (specifics included in posting).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Every day is different as you rotate through what our Management Trainees do.
• You’ll develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build marketing plans.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of August or December 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program working 40 hrs. per week (Starting May 25, 2027)
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

This position pays: $17/ hour

This is a full time internship working 40 hours per week.
