Job summary

Enterprise is seeking driven university students for its Summer 2027 Management Internship in Texas. This paid, full-time internship runs 40 hours per week and places you in a fast-paced, team-based environment from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in running a business and developing leadership skills that set you apart. Interns tackle real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, with opportunities for performance incentives and rewards.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree or MBA with a Dec 2027 graduation.
• Willing to commit to the summer program for 40 hours per week (May 2027 start).
• 1+ year of experience in sales, military service, student leadership, or athletics.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills by handling projects and internships tasks across operations.
• Support fleet management, customer care, and marketing activities during the program.
• Engage with peers and mentors to learn, grow and contribute to real business challenges.

This is a summer full time internship working 40 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2027
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program minimally working 40 hrs. per week (starting May 25, 2027).
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
