Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Spring 2027 Management Internship in Richmond, TX. This part-time program runs 25 hours per week and pays $17 per hour, providing real-world professional experience to help you stand out from the crowd.

As an intern, you’ll rotate through departments, develop leadership and customer service skills, work on sales and marketing projects, and build relationships with customers and teammates while learning to manage a fleet of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program or MBA, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our spring program, minimum 25 hours per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, Military service, collegiate athlete, or student leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (≤2 incidents in 3 years, one can fall off within 12 months).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to commit to our spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
