Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship in Houston invites top students to hit the ground running, building valuable business and leadership skills from day one in a paid internship.

You’ll work 40 hours per week this summer 2027 with peers and mentors, learning how to run a fleet, assist customers, craft marketing strategies and foster relationships within the team.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in bachelor’s degree or MBA with a graduation date of Dec 2027
• Willing to commit to the summer program at least 40 hours per week starting May 25, 2027
• At least 1 year of experience since Aug 2022 in Sales, Military, student athlete, or student leadership
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault incidents in 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in future

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build marketing strategies and relationships at Enterprise
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition; may earn performance incentives and referrals

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.
This is a summer full time internship working 40 hours per week.
This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of December 2027
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program minimally working 40 hrs. per week (starting May 25, 2027).
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
  • Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
  • Military service
  • Collegiate student athlete
  • Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
