From day one, interns will learn to run a successful business, tackle projects, and compete with peers while developing marketing strategies and customer relationships in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree or MBA, graduating Aug/Dec 2027.
• Commit to the summer program with 40 hours per week starting May 25, 2027.
• Sales experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or goal-based sales) since Aug 2022.
• Military service.
• Collegiate student athlete.
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no more than 2 at-fault incidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Rotates through management internship duties including fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategy development.
• Completes intern projects and may participate in performance incentives and referrals.
• Works in a team-based environment with peer support to learn and grow.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a full time internship working 40 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of August or December 2027.
• Must be willing to commit to our summer program working 40 hrs. per week (Starting May 25, 2027)
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
• Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
• Military service
• Collegiate student athlete
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie, DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
