Job summary

Enterprise Spring 2027 Management Internship is a paid, part-time program across Webster or League City, TX, offering hands-on business experience. From day one you’ll be immersed in management tasks, learn how to run a fleet operation, and work on real projects with peers guiding your growth.

You’ll engage in projects that build leadership, marketing, and customer relations skills, with incentives and referrals possible for standout performers.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA, with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Commit to our Spring program, minimum 25 hrs per week.
• At least 1 year of experience since Aug 2022 in sales, military service, collegiate student athlete, or student leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record; <=2 at-fault incidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a spring part time internship working 25 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or Masters of Business Administration, with a graduation date of May 2027
• Must be willing to commit to our Spring program minimally working 25 hrs. per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in any of the following:
• Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
• Military service
• Collegiate student athlete
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
