Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship for Spring 2027 offers a paid, part-time opportunity to build leadership and business skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a team-based environment. The program engages interns in hands-on learning across management tasks and customer interaction.

The internship runs 25 hours per week and pays $17 per hour, with openings at Houston locations: 1406 South Loop Central and 11130 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77054 or Houston, TX 77034.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program or MBA with a graduation date of May 2027.
• Must commit to Spring program minimally working 25 hrs per week.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2022 in Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales) or Military service or as a Collegiate student athlete or in a student leadership role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 must fall off within 12 months).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Spring 2027 Internship

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This is a spring part time internship working 25 hours per week.

This position pays: $17/ hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you’ll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
