Job summary

Greentech Renewables, a division of Consolidated Electrical Distributors, seeks driven Management Trainees for our Southwest Commercial Solutions program. You will rotate through warehouse, sales, operations, accounting, purchasing, and project management, learning every aspect to supervise a multi-million-dollar location after training.

No prior industry experience is required; the program lasts 18–24 months with both online and on‑the‑job training, travel may be required, relocation is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered.
• Relocation required during/after training (up to multiple moves).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business and CED/Greentech operations.
• Undertake on‑the‑job rotational training across multiple departments including warehouse, accounting, sales and management.
• Participate in virtual and in‑person trainings; some travel may be required.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
