Job summary

Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is designed for sales-minded candidates aiming for leadership in the solar industry. Trainees rotate through warehouse, counter sales, AP/AR, financial statements, purchasing, project management and business development to supervise a multi-million-dollar location.

On-the-job training lasts 18-24 months, with online modules in solar PV, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree - will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating - both written and spoken - in English.
