Job description

We don’t hire managers from the outside. We believe you can’t lead a team until you’ve done their job. You will start at the entry level as a Sales Associate to master our customer acquisition systems. Only the top performers who consistently hit their targets and demonstrate leadership potential will qualify to move into our Management Track, where you will transition from managing yourself to managing teams, territories, and client campaigns.

  • B2C Sales & Outreach: Conduct cold brand outreach and face‑to‑face sales to acquire new customers.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the public face for national brands and non‑profit organizations in the Miami market.
  • Data & CRM Management: Self‑manage your own sales portal to track leads and performance metrics.
  • Objection Handling: Navigate and overturn customer concerns in real‑time to close sales.
Phase 2: Leadership & Management (The Earned Role)
  • Team Mentorship: Train and develop new team members once you have mastered the sales process yourself.
  • Public Speaking: Participate in and eventually lead daily office meetings and training workshops.
  • Campaign Operations: Work directly with the Senior Manager to evaluate campaign data and territory effectiveness.
  • Business Scaling: Learn the "back end" of the business, including recruitment, client relations, and team expansion.
Who You Are
  • Zero Rejection Sensitivity: You’ll hear "No" a hundred times a day. If that ruins your afternoon, this isn't for you. If it makes you want the next "Yes" even more, you’re exactly what we need.
  • Resume‑Agnostic: We don’t care if you have a PhD or if you’ve never had a "professional" office job in your life.
  • We hire based on your ability to hold a conversation, solve a problem, and hit a target.
  • High Social Battery: You are naturally energized by talking to people. You don't need to be "pumped up" to be engaging; you have a high‑energy baseline and a professional presence.
  • High Adaptability: You’re "down for whatever." You can pivot from a sales presentation to a team problem‑solving session without losing your cool. You don't need a manual for every scenario—you figure it out as you go.
  • Unapologetically Ambitious: You’re looking for a career change because you’ve hit a ceiling somewhere else. You want a role where you aren't stuck behind a desk and where your growth is limited only by your own results.
  • Coachability: You leave your ego at the door. You’re ready to learn a system, take direct feedback, and get better every single day.
The Reality of the Role

This is an in‑person, active role. It is not a corporate desk job where you can hide behind a computer screen or wait for instructions. We provide the systems and the clients, but the day‑to‑day success depends on your ability to show up, talk to people, and execute. If you’re looking for a place where your effort is actually noticed—and where you can move as fast as your results allow—this is the right fit.
