Job summary

Cintas Management Trainee program invites motivated individuals to join a structured, hands-on experience across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You’ll work with seasoned leaders to develop leadership skills and prepare for advancement within the company.

The program emphasizes cross-department exposure, customer service excellence, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities for professional development and regional relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• Must have, or obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Must meet DOT requirements to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
