Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements (for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits and professional development.
