As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You’ll receive mentoring and hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, and operations, with the goal of eventually running your own branch and building a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CA driver's license required.
• Minimum six months in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the MT position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

This Management Trainee opportunity is located within our Roseville market and may support branch locations throughout Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Citrus Heights, Placer County, and surrounding communities in the northern Sacramento suburbs. Placement will be based on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
