Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Fresno is seeking candidates for its Management Training program. You’ll begin learning the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, and you’ll be prepared to run your own location as opportunities arise.

You’ll receive guidance and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience across sales, customer service, operations, finance and marketing, with a culture that rewards internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
