Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Chico is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, operations and leadership roles across Chico and surrounding Northern California communities.

You’ll receive training, mentoring, and a clear path for advancement within a culture that promotes from within. The position offers a competitive first-year compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid CA driver's license required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Participate in a structured program to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful and build community relationships.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
