The program offers recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive foundation across the non-ferrous metal recycling and smelting value chain.Through a phased rotational framework, trainees will acquire in-depth knowledge of raw material procurement, international sales and market development, plant operations, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a specialized functional track and developed for long-term leadership responsibilities overseeing non-ferrous metal business operations in the U.S. region.Functional Tracks (Post-Rotation Placement)

Engage in a structured rotational program spanning procurement, sales, production, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology functions.

Support ongoing business operations through data analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Participate in cross-functional projects and deliver structured presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements
