Eligibility: Recent graduates and early-career professionals with valid OPT authorization (EAD card)Position OverviewThe Management Trainee Program is a structured development initiative designed to cultivate high-caliber business leaders within the global recycled copper industry. The program offers recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive foundation across the non-ferrous metal recycling and smelting value chain.Through a phased rotational framework, trainees will acquire in-depth knowledge of raw material procurement, international sales and market development, plant operations, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a specialized functional track and developed for long-term leadership responsibilities overseeing non-ferrous metal business operations in the U.S. region.Functional Tracks (Post-Rotation Placement)

Engage in a structured rotational program spanning procurement, sales, production, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology functions.

Develop a thorough understanding of the non-ferrous metal recycling and smelting value chain, including upstream sourcing, downstream distribution, and operational excellence.

Support ongoing business operations through data analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Participate in cross-functional projects and deliver structured presentations and recommendations to senior leadership.

Cultivate professional relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers within a global business environment.

Achieve defined training milestones and demonstrate readiness for specialized functional placement upon program completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in the United States.

Work Authorization: Must possess valid Optional Practical Training (OPT) work authorization, including an active Employment Authorization Document (EAD).

Academic Background: All fields of study are welcome.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct independent business communication.

Program Commitment: Willingness to participate in a rotational training program across multiple functions and locations.
