Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) seeks a Management Trainee for its Boise division. The program trains candidates in warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, project and inventory management to someday run a multi-million-dollar location.

On-the-job and online training cover electrical products, sales, and management. Candidate should have strong communication skills, be geographically flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted industry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship required).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
